Ronnie Parker has worked in the Information Systems industry for over 31 years, supporting IMS and DB2 as an Application Designer and Database Administrator.

Ronnie spent 15 years at ExxonMobil Chemical and at the Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) as a Database Administrator, Subject Matter Expert, and Application Designer/Developer. He designed and developed large scale IMS and DB2 applications for the petrochemical and retail industries as well as provided full support of the IMS databases.

Sherry Holt

Sherry worked with IMS for almost 30 years and specifically as an IMS Database Administrator for 23 years. Her specialized skills include:
- All phases of IMS DB/DC (TM) database administration including database design, coding and generating DBDs and PSBs (and ACBs).
- IMS Systems Administration, including IMSGENs and creating new IMS control regions.
- IMS database performance tuning.
- Expertise with VSAM and VSAM tuning – prepared and taught VSAM classes to application programming staffs.
- Prepares and gives IMS education to programming staffs.
- Teaching experience at a Technical College – taught Advanced COBOL, Assembler Language Programming and Computer Operations

Over 35 years of IMS DBA & Systems experience supporting Health Care, Financial, Utilities and the Air Lines Industries. Worked in various IMS environments: IMS DBCTL/CICS, IMS TM, IMS DBCTL/DB2.
Held a number of technical positions: IMS DBA, IMS Systems Programmer, IMS System Administrator and IT Manager
